Eggless Bread Pudding

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp custard powder
  • 6 Tbsp Castor sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 Loaf of bread, cubed
  • Black raisins to top the dessert

Method:

  1. Add milk in a sauce pan along with butter, custard powder, castor sugar and mix well.
  2. Cook it, till butter and sugar is melted and custard is cooked.
  3. Allow it to come to a boil.
  4. Transfer it in to a bowl and add vanilla essence.
  5. Soak bread pieces in the milk.
  6. Fill the bread mixture in buttered ramekins.
  7. Garnish it with black raisins.
  8. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for around 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Enjoy delicious bread pudding with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream!

Preparing : 15 minutes

Ready In  : 50 minutes






Kiwi Frozen

                                         


INGREDIENTS

  • Kiwis
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 8 ounces small pieces of chocolate (dark or milk)


DIRECTIONS
  1. Make a small slit on the side of each kiwi round or any shape that you want to made it and stick pop stick in it
  2. Place the kiwi pops on a baking sheet and freeze until solid
  3. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate over a double boiler of simmering water, stirring until melted
  4. Turn off the heat and dip each frozen kiwi pop into chocolate
  5. Place on the baking sheet and place in the freezer until hard and crisp,10 to 20 minutes.

Apple Pie





Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into bits
  • 2 store- bought pie crusts

 Directions

  1. Place bottom crust in pan.
  2. Add apples,sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg.
  3. Top with butter, place top crust over and vent with a few holes poked in pastry top. 
  4. Bake 375 degrees for one hour. 
  5. Enjoy the delicious apple pie with your family!

Tips: Elementary apple chips
  1.  Slice apples paper thin in rings.
  2.  Spread on nonstick baking sheet
  3.  Bake at 220 degrees for one hour.
